SIMLAB Sandbox

One building, from an empty plot to an operating asset.

You follow a single building through seven stages of its life, and at each one you work a real task alongside the team that owns it.

You will survey a site, check a design against the ground, review a construction phase, find a defect and get the right team on it, decide what happens before the risers are boarded, assemble a handover, build an asset register and commission sensors. Then you run a separate Fire Safety Act evidence pass over the same building, because the maintenance register is not the fire safety record and an assessor will not accept it as one.

There are no wrong answers here and nothing is scored against you. The shortcuts are real shortcuts and taking one is allowed. It just has a consequence somewhere later, the way it does on a real project.

Six to eight minutes. No signup, nothing collected.
