Help us build the SIMLAB partner ecosystem.
Technology companies, consultancies, resellers, capture teams and integrators all reach buildings we cannot reach alone. Joining takes two steps: an application and a mutual NDA. Once both are in, someone from the partnerships team contacts you personally.

Five tracks. Pick the one that matches how you work.
Every application starts by naming a track. It sets who reviews your application and what the first conversation is about. If two tracks fit, choose the closest and tell us the rest in the form.

The partner application and the mutual NDA travel together. You complete both in one submission on this page. After that, a member of the partnerships team gets in touch personally to work through fit.

- 01Required to join
Submit the application
Tell us who you are, which track fits, where you operate and what you would bring to a joint engagement.
- 02Required to join
Sign the mutual NDA
Before we discuss roadmap, pricing or client work, both sides need the conversation protected.
- 03After both are complete
We get in touch personally
Once the application and NDA are in, a member of the partnerships team contacts you directly to work through fit.
- 04After both are complete
Enablement and first engagement
Approved partners get onboarding, materials and a route into live opportunities.
Partners are required to meet certain company and legal standards.
Because partners work inside client buildings and handle client data, applicants are asked to meet a small set of standards before a partnership goes ahead. Nothing here is unusual for an established business. If you are close but not there yet, say so in the application.

What we ask of applicants
- An established business with client references we can speak to
- Information and data security practices appropriate to the buildings you would work in
- Relevant insurance cover for the services you would deliver
- Capability to deliver or integrate to a consistent standard, not one-off engagements
The application asks you to confirm this. We review the detail with you rather than treating it as a checkbox, and evidence is only requested if a partnership moves forward.
Apply and sign the NDA.
One submission covers both steps. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
What happens once you submit.
No automated scoring and no silence. A person reads the application.
- 01
Your application is logged
Your submission and NDA acknowledgement are recorded with the date and time, and the partnerships team confirms receipt so both sides hold the same record.
- 02
The partnerships team reviews the fit
We look at your track, your region and what you described you would bring, and check it against where the program needs coverage.
- 03
Someone contacts you personally
A named contact reaches out to work through the criteria, the commercial model and a realistic first engagement. If the timing is not right, we say so rather than leaving it open.
Not sure the program fits?
If you would rather talk before signing anything, start with a conversation. No application, no NDA, no commitment.
