SIMLAB Policy

We leverage a large array of IoT & building intelligence data, making property digitalization more engaging, affordable, and widely available. We turn personal living spaces and working environments into multimedia digital command centers

We support property owners, rental agencies, insurance companies, managers, and other stakeholders in controlling the current status of their properties, schedule maintenance, and interact efficiently with real-time IoT sensor data throughout the whole building life cycle. Our cloud solutions include features that let users monitor and track changes in a structure, supervise any construction progress, and monitor the building’s aging process, increasing the safety aspects and comfort of utilization.

Meet the SIMLAB Team

We are professionals with a strong foundation in the field of 3D geometry, with a primary focus on facility digitalization. Our team comprises a department devoted to spatial data programmers and graphic designers, overseen by managers with extensive experience within the construction and building automation markets.

Founder & CEO

Marek Koźlak

For the last 12 years Marek was pushing the limits of the VR & AR technology, while working on advanced real-time applications and professional simulator projects for clients from around the world. Graduated with a PhD degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. University lecturer, author of numerous publications in the field of computer simulation and VR, presenter of many thematic conferences. Co-founder of the first company dealing with the Virtual Reality listed on the stock exchange in Poland. Experienced R&D director, responsible for technological improvement of global companies building competitive advantage and go to market strategy. Manager of numerous innovations and international projects for listed companies. Visionary and Technology Geek with positive attitude and lots of extra energy. Dedicated to his work with a huge talent to spread his passion to others.

General Counsel

Karolina Drwięga-Waliczek

Specialist in business managing and legal support for commercial companies. As a certified mediator, she has extensive experience in negotiating international agreements and business development from early stage of company setup to corporate transformation. In the last few years she was acting as corporate counsel, sales and marketing director for global corporation dealing with high tech. Member of the Polish Bar Association. Graduate the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she completed a post graduate course in the European Union Law and a postgraduate study in Economic and Commercial Law. This built her expertise in the process of creation, organization, functioning, merging, division and transformation of commercial companies and partnerships.
