Graduated with a PhD degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. University lecturer, author of numerous publications in the field of computer simulation and VR, presenter of many thematic conferences. Co-founder of the first company dealing with the Virtual Reality listed on the stock exchange in Poland. Experienced R&D director, responsible for technological improvement of global companies building competitive advantage and go to market strategy. Manager of numerous innovations and international projects for listed companies. Visionary and Technology Geek with positive attitude and lots of extra energy. Dedicated to his work with a huge talent to spread his passion to others.

Karolina Drwięga-Waliczek

COO & General Counsel

Specialist in business managing and legal support for commercial companies. As a certified mediator, she has extensive experience in negotiating international agreements and business development from early stage of company setup to corporate transformation. In the last few years she was acting as corporate counsel, sales and marketing director for global corporation dealing with high tech. Member of the Polish Bar Association. Graduate the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she completed a post graduate course in the European Union Law and a postgraduate study in Economic and Commercial Law. This built her expertise in the process of creation, organization, functioning, merging, division and transformation of commercial companies and partnerships.

3D graphic designer with many years of commercial experience in multinational projects. Advanced level in 3ds max and one of the best advisors in VR/AR and all Real-Time technology subjects. Bartosz is passioned about new technologies, especially those related to gaming and VR. In his spare time, he likes to swim. Big football fan.

Jakub Osyra

The best in the art of programming. Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice at the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science, Jakub is experienced in programming of Real-Time applications and Virtual Reality simulators. He is always delivering cutting-edge projects, and nothing is impossible for him. Besides programming, Jakub is an American Football player, which makes us very proud.

Creative mind, graphic designer with many years of experience in 3D, Real-Time and 2D. Always up to new challenges and original tasks. His concept and artistic visions set up the quality standards for whole projects. Although lately he has no time to play, Marek is a huge fan of computer games.
